Signature of Solon, Annual Homeowner Association Newly Elected Board Members, 2009
I joined Smith Barney in May 2005, after 14 years at Morgan Stanley. In 2002, I attended the Wharton School of Business and earned my Certified Investment Analyst (CIMA) designation. I was promoted to Vice President in 1992, and to Senior Vice President in 2001. I began my career with Kidder Peabody in 1998.
In addition to the above mentioned professional items, I have volunteered in other areas. In the mid 1980s I served on the Planning Commission of North Olmsted; on the Membership Committee at Chagrin Valley Country Club (1998 - 2000); and currently serve as the Vice President of the Solon One Hundred - an organization that supports our local community's police and fire departments.
I earned my bachelors in business from Bowling Green State University and my MBA from Cleveland State University.
My wife and I have lived in Solon since 1992 and in Signature since 2007. I look forward to serving the community.

My family and I moved to Signature of Solon in September 2008. We are very happy to be a part of this wonderful community and have felt welcomed from the first day we moved into the neighborhood. Signature of Solon is special because of the dedication of its residents to its original design, wonderful amenities and the community it serves. I am committed to maintaining the integrity of this great development and feel that I have unique skills that can further the mission of the Solon Homeowners Association and contribute to the enhancement of our community.
I am an in-house business and litigation attorney at Parker-Hannifin Corporation. Prior to joining Parker, I was a business and litigation attorney at a large Toledo Ohio law firm. I have served on non profit board of directors and have experience in a wide range of business, real estate, commercial and corporate transactions and have advised for profit companies in the same regard. I have a JD from the University of Toledo, College of Law, a BS from Bowling Green State University and a BA from The Ohio State University.

I am a current member of the Homeowners Association Board of Trustees and am finishing out a term vacated by another member. I would like to continue on the board for another full term. In the time I have been on the board I have been involved in many aspects. I am the current Vice President of the board and also the President of the Design Review Committee. I have lived in Signature of Solon since 2004 and can remember when the HOA was started and when power was ultimately handed over to the homeowners.
I am a physician in the community and reside in Signature I with my wife and 3 boys.
I would enjoy the opportunity to continue to add my expertise and experience to the on going efforts of the board and homeowners to make our community a great place to live.
