The Board of Trustees are Signature property owners, elected by Signature property owners and govern the Association on a volunteer basis. The mission of the Signature Board of Trustees is to protect the amenities, design and integrity of this beautiful and unique development.
In order to meet required duties, the Board, on behalf of the Association, is empowered to enforce the provisions of the Covenants, as well as collect necessary fees and assessments to sustain services.
Board Member nominations are made in October of each year; voting takes place at the Annual Signature of Solon Homeowners Association meeting in each November.

News From the Board
Thank you for your votes on the rental amendment. It has been filed with the county recorder and will go into effect in 90 days.
If you have not yet returned your vote for/against the traffic/speed limit enforcement letter, please do so.
We have noticed that several street lamps are not working. If you have one needing attention on or near your property, please contact First Energy at 800-225-0444 with the nearest house address. It is not their first priority so if you do not see that it has been done within a few weeks; please give them a second call.
At the informational meeting on May 22 (look for an invitation in your mailbox) we hope to have updated information for you regarding the city's schedule for the work to be done along Pettibone Road. We are holding off on perennial plantings at the Signature entrances until the work is finished. This will probably happen next Spring.
You have probably noticed that work is being done on the gates and we will have updates at the meeting as well. There have been a number of questions about delinquencies and collection processes. Please look for separate update letter regarding the process and liens filed as well as an update of the process at the town hall meeting.
