Homeowner's Association budgets are reviewed and set by the Finance Committee.

The Landscape and Beautification Committee is responsible for managing the budgets, design and maintenance of the common areas. Duties and Responsibilities

The Social Committee creates an annual agenda for Residents and Signature deed holders that include family and adult events.

The Streets and Safety Committee is responsible for gate regulations and other aspects affecting our private streets.

Signature Speed Limit

The Streets & Safety Committee along with the Board of Trustees is requesting that we all drive more carefully in the community. Please observe all stop signs and the 25 mph speed limit. 

Child Safety Notice

Please keep your children safe and have them drive non-pedal toys/vehicles on your property only. Ohio Traffic Safety Laws require any person operating a motor vehicle to have a valid Drivers License.
