Trash Receptacles
With the exception of trash collection days, your trash receptacles MUST be kept out of public view. They cannot be stored outside the garage or home.
We also remind residents that in these winter months wind can distribute loose boxes and bags across the community. Please make sure that you secure all items when you place your trash and recycling items at the curb.
Street Lights
At the annual meeting, a concern was expressed about the replacement of light bulbs in our community street lights. The board is doing a follow up on this matter and will examine response times and options.
Committees
If you would like to be on one of our Homeowners’ Association committees, please contact Susan Kahle at 440 498-0145. Committees include: Design Review, Landscape, Finance, Gates, Social and Communications.
HOA Board Meeting dates have been set for 2013. They are: January 17, March 21, May 16, July 18, September 19, October 24 and December 12. These meetings begin at 6:30 pm.The annual meeting for all homeowners has been scheduled for November 12.

Rubbish Reminder
Rubbish receptacles are to be placed on the curb SUNDAY after DUSK or MONDAY before SUNRISE.
Signature Speed Limit
Our management company has received complaints of residents driving at speeds exceeding the posted limit. Please slow down and keep our Signature streets safe!
We remind residents to obey ALL speed limit signs. Please be aware that this is an enforceable offense.
Per Allied Waste
Paint must be dry in order to be eligible for refuse collection. (Add kitty litter or sawdust to the paint to speed up the drying process.)

Family Pets
Residents are reminded of the requirement that all animals are to be leashed when not on your property. In addition, our Management Company has received numerous complaints of dogs behaving aggressively towards residents jogging, walking, biking, etc. The Board must assure resident safety and will take further steps, if necessary, to prevent potential harm.
Did You Know?
The Solon Police Department is here to serve our community and has a program called "House Watch." If you will be out of town and would like the Solon Police to inspect the exterior of your home while you are away, call the Police at 440-248-2932 (non-emergency). This free service is available to all Solon homeowners. |
