If you have not returned your vote regarding the traffic enforcement amendment, please do so this week. Vote yes or no, but please return the ballot. If you need a ballot, please contact Barnett Management at 216-831-0165. Please keep in mind that our lawyer has recommended we take this action due to potential liability; the Board has an obligation to maximize the safety of our development.
There are still a number of property owners who have not paid their annual fees for either '07 or '08. Another collection letter will go out shortly and then the matter will be turned over for either collections and/or liens. There are also plans to publish the delinquent accounts.
We have received a number of trash complaints. Please remember to contain your trash when putting it out for collections. All trash cans come with lids! If you see loose construction trash or littering, please report it to Barnett Management. We are all responsible for our own trash and we have no means to collect roadside trash other than doing it ourselves. Please help keep our subdivision beautiful.
Pettibone construction dates are not yet available from the city. There will be no additional plantings at entrances to Signature until construction is completed.
We will again send letters to owners of weedy/overgrown lots. If there is no compliance we will have the lots mowed at the owners' expense. We unfortunately have no means to do more. Please report to the City of Solon's Building Department (440-248-1155) any un-contained construction debris or overflowing dumpsters.
A letter regarding gate operations will be mailed out soon. Read the letter now. Please note the important content/instructions. Once the gates are operational, please be vigilant as to abuse. We are still repairing a gate that was damaged by pushing it open with a vehicle at an unnecessary cost to all of us. Please contact Barnett Management 216-831-0165 to order a remote control OR to update your entry code or phone number in the gate system. Also, if you have a remote, please remember to change its battery. |
