Gate Update
Bob Patriarco has led a team consisting of Rick Reder and Joe Hoffman from the Board of Trustees and Tim Hildebrand and Mark Van de Walle from the Streets and Safety Committee. The committee has been meeting with current suppliers and alternative suppliers over the past few months to document and try to correct the various issues with the gate system in order to make the system safe, reliable and fully functional. Our current supplier for the gates completed their review at the end of January. We tried to activate two sets of gates last weekend to test them and we noticed issues with the closing of gates. We have meetings scheduled in the month of February where we hope to make a decision on what our next steps should be. We are hoping to have enough facts to make an informative decision at our next board meeting in February.
Design Review Committee
