I accept my
nomination to be considered for the Board of Trustees for the Signature of
Solon Homeowner's Association.
I
recently have been involved on the Safety Alternatives Committee for the Signature
of Solon. We provided various traffic
calming recommendations to the Safety Committee and to the Board of
Trustees.
Signature
is a young and growing community and there are a lot of important decisions
that need to be made over the next few years. My goal as a member of the board is to help make decisions that are in
the best interest of the homeowners of our community. We need to make sure that the Signature of
Solon continues to prosper and that we safeguard the safety, welfare, property values and homeowner fees of our community.
My family moved
to Signature of Solon in October 2005. My
family includes my wife Jolie and children, Sam and Mia.
I
have experience from consulting in various markets including technology, real-estate,
healthcare, manufacturing,
telecommunications, and finance. In March of 2000, I
formed a technology consulting company that provides technology solutions specializing
in e-commerce and supply chain management to Fortune 500 companies in the
Cleveland area. Prior to owning the consulting company I
managed the IT department for a local telecommunications company and prior to
that worked as a systems analyst at Key Services Inc. (Key Bank). I also
own and manage a real estate investment company that acquires and manages residential
and commercial property in the
Cleveland
area.
I
am a graduate of
Kent
State
University
with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information
Systems. I also hold various Microsoft
Certified Professional certifications.
